1. What ScrollEm Does
ScrollEm is a web application that connects to your Google Analytics account (with your permission) and sends you email reports about your landing page performance. We provide daily and weekly summaries including page views, traffic sources, trends, and anomaly alerts.
2. Your Account
- You sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You must have the right to access the Google Analytics properties you connect to ScrollEm.
- You may disconnect your Google Analytics account or delete your tracked data at any time from the Settings page.
3. Google Analytics Access
- ScrollEm requests read-only access to your Google Analytics data. We cannot modify your analytics configuration.
- We only access the specific properties and pages you select for tracking.
- You can revoke ScrollEm's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account permissions.
4. Email Reports
- By enabling daily or weekly reports, you consent to receiving emails at your configured delivery time.
- You can disable email reports at any time from the Settings page.
- Email delivery depends on third-party services and may occasionally be delayed.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to access analytics data you are not authorized to view.
- Attempt to overload, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service.
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
- Share your account access with unauthorized parties.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
7. Service Availability
- We aim to keep ScrollEm available and reliable, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime.
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
- Google Analytics API availability and rate limits may affect the Service's functionality.
8. Limitation of Liability
ScrollEm is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to inaccurate data, missed reports, or service interruptions. The analytics data displayed is sourced from Google Analytics and its accuracy depends on Google's data processing.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email.
